We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and towing services while delivering excellent customer service. This position requires a valid DOT Medical Card and the ability to safely operate tow trucks in a variety of driving and weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate flatbed and/or wheel-lift tow trucks.
Respond promptly to dispatch calls for towing, roadside assistance, accident recovery, and vehicle transport.
Load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles without causing damage.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Complete all required paperwork, logs, and incident reports accurately.
Maintain communication with dispatch regarding job status and location.
Provide courteous, professional customer service during every service call.
Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
Keep trucks clean, fueled, and properly maintained.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required if applicable to the position).
Current DOT Medical Card (Required).
Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
Previous towing or commercial driving experience preferred.
Knowledge of safe towing and vehicle recovery techniques.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
